Whoever does rat patrol doesnt know that LANL doesnt have any of those things.. it just has pits and waste.

How is LANL going to make a profits? Just what is considered a profit? Ever think that this entire endeavor was for the sole purpose of down sizing by a means that would not cause turmoil simply because the labs are loosing their mission and that there is nothing to replace it on the same scale.
