My compatriots and fellow-travelers at Lockheed-Martin are opening up the bottle of champagne I gave them and toasting me at this very moment.

One indicator that would give us all a heads up on who the winner is would be if Tyler asked one of the two competitors for their list of key personnel.

Does anybody know if either UC or LM was asked for this?

G.

"Key personnel"? As in, "Admiral"? "Cap'n," "First Mate"? Better ask for the Capo di tutti capi on each team (i.e., don't ask UC for whom the bell tolls, but Bechtel).

"Capo di tutti frutti"?

As any good dog knows, you ask the Big Dog.

All this waiting is a bitch, though, isn't it, Pat?

I find it interesting that NNSA should choose the nearest whole hour to the time of winter solstice to make this announcement. The symbolism could be either that this is the nadir of our experience, or else that things will get better from here (or both).

Galen, They're not nearly that smart. You give them far more credit than they deserve.
